Refund policy

Returns
You can return any purchases for a `no quibble` exchange or refund, if in unworn condition for up to 30 days from purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, simply click the returns link in your original dispatch email or the link found at  

https://pretty-small-shoes.com/pages/returns-exchanges

and fill out the details required and send back to us, we will will handle the rest.

Please note: DO NOT SEND ITEMS BACK TO THE DISTRIBUTION WAREHOUSE AS YOUR RETURN PROCESS MAY BE SEVERELY DELAYED. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Once approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10-15 days. Please allow up to 4 days for your bank to process the refund from us.

Identifying refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. The processing time before a refund is posted can vary from bank to bank.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@pretty-small-shoes.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
All regular priced items may be refunded, sometimes sale items cannot be refunded - please ensure you check the specific terms during sale times.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will happily exchange shoes for alternative styles and sizes. Simply fill out the returns form and mail your shoes back to us and we will take care of everything. costs for returning your item and  Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you have bought a shipping lable from within our portal this will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
